KINGDOM KIDS

At Kingdom Community, our main strategy for reaching children's hearts is to reach their parents' hearts. We know that it is exceedingly difficult to effect positive and sustainable change in the heart of child that we only see once-a-week for a couple of hours if they do not have the support at home of an environment conducive to the Kingdom. So we aim, first and foremost, at the foundation of the house in order to bring stability to the environment where our kids receive the bulk of their influence.

During our weekly worship and teaching gathering we serve our children in prepared environments where they can explore the concepts of the Kingdom and activate the purpose, promise and power within them. We seek to communicate the values of Kingdom life through experiential and relational means and not just informational. So, we are never satisfied to just read a story or relate a concept without anchoring it by utilizing multiple forms of learning.We are excited to offer this service to our community on a voluntary basis and ask for the active involvement of those parents whose kids regularly attend Kingdom Kids.

For those children below the age of 2.5 and those who are not yet potty-trained, we currently have child care available through the provision of our partnership with the YMCA. Your kids will be well taken care of by screened professionals so that you can concentrate on accessing new revelation in a distraction-free environment.

Once-a-month, we have a family centered time of praise and worship where our children can stay and worship together with their families before being dismissed for the message. Family Sundays occur on the first Sunday of every month and include a special time of sharing with our kids in the joy that is our faith.
