VISION = CLARITY + CONVICTION

We live in a time where there is more interest in accessing spiritual truth than ever before! Unfortunately, in response to this quest for truth, the church has invited seekers into a traditional Christianity which employs more religious thought than revolutionary action. As a result, we live in a society full of people who call themselves Christians but are anything but Christ-like in their daily behavior. The world calls us hypocrites. There are whole generations of wounded souls in the wake of our ignorance. Our influence over our culture has all but disappeared. And why? Because we don’t know the truth.

Truth is the solution. Truth is life. Truth is freedom. Truth is a person.

Jesus said, “you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” And later said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. If you had known Me, you would have known My Father also; and from now on you know Him and have seen Him.” Jesus is communicating to his disciples that He is the truth. He and the Father are one. When they have seen Him they have seen the Father.

Knowing Him is the answer. Knowing Him is life. Knowing Him is freedom.

He goes on to tell them that He is leaving them soon and sending the Holy Spirit to live in and among them so that those who believe in Him will do no less than what He has done and even greater works than He did!

Where is this life? Where is this freedom? Where are these solutions?

Jesus has chosen His church as the vehicle to display His glory in the earth. When people meet us they should be connecting with His love, His life, His freedom, and His solutions. He has empowered us with His Spirit so that we could become extraordinary representatives of all He has to offer.

We have a dream that Kingdom Community Church International....

  • will be full of committed, passionate, and intentional people reflecting the love, life, freedom, and glory of God in our everyday lives
  • will be a community recognized by its quality of character and abundance of competence
  • will catalyze cultural transformation locally, nationally, and globally by demonstrating the solutions for the world’s problems
  • will be known for empowering the ordinary to become extraordinary

Jesus was anything but ordinary. He was the model of extraordinary.

When Jesus began His public ministry He quoted the prophet Isaiah and said, “The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, because He has anointed Me to preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed; to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord."

As His church, we should be the same. We should be love to those who have been rejected. We should be hope to those in despair. We should be healing to the brokenhearted. We should be clarity to those in confusion. We should be freedom to the oppressed.

At Kingdom Community Church International we are.
